How do i publish database on a server?

I created a database  to store projects information and now i want everyone
in the office to have access to it and be able to put updates.
I put the database in a folder on our server, which everyone can access.
Unfortunatelly not everyone in my office has Access installed on their
computer, and we are not planning on purchasing more linceces, since most
people will use the database maybe once or twice a week.
Does anyone knows of a way to get access to a database without having Access
on their machine? Thank you

This is a bad thing.  To avoid the possibility of data corruption it is
advisable to have a split application whereby the data tables are on the
server (back end) and everything else is in a front end on each user's
workstation.

AIUI you'd need the developers' edition of Access to achieve this.
